Information You Send
Most pages can be read without an account. If a visitor sends a message through a service made available by the host, the service may receive the contact details and text needed to deliver it. Do not send a case number with private identifiers, a sealed filing, a date of birth, a Social Security number, or another sensitive court document through an unverified channel.
Information Collected in Use
Hosting, analytics, security, and advertising services may receive ordinary technical data such as an IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and time of access. The extent of that collection depends on the service configuration and the browser settings in use. The site does not claim to control every data practice of an external provider.
Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic operation, measurement, or sponsored search delivery. A browser can limit some cookies, although doing so may change how external tools work.
How Information Is Used
Information available to the operator may be used to keep pages working, prevent abuse, understand general traffic, maintain security, and support the reference resource. It is not used to create an official Dodge County court record, alter a docket, or decide a person’s legal rights.
No Court-Record Database
Dodge County Court Docket does not maintain the official criminal, civil, traffic, Probate, Juvenile, municipal, or federal dockets described in its pages. A search widget or external link may lead to a separate provider, but that provider controls its own service. Requests for a docket, filed document, or certified copy must go to the originating clerk or court.
Georgia’s Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. § 50-18-70 et seq., applies to public records held by government custodians. It does not make this private resource the custodian of Dodge court files, and it does not override court sealing or redaction rules.
Sponsored Search Services
Some pages contain a search widget or sponsored link. An outside provider may collect search terms, device data, contact information, or payment details under its own privacy notice. Review the provider’s terms before entering information. A result from an outside service is not automatically an official court record.
Links to Public Agencies
Pages link to the Dodge Clerk, Dodge County, Georgia Courts, the Oconee Judicial Circuit, municipal offices, DDS, PACER, and other public sources. Once a visitor leaves this resource, the receiving agency’s policies apply. A link is provided for routing and does not mean the operator controls the agency’s content, security, or availability.
Who May Receive Data
Technical service vendors, hosting providers, security services, analytics providers, sponsored search partners, and legal or public authorities may receive information when needed for their stated function or required by law. The operator does not sell an official Dodge court docket because it does not possess one.
Security Measures
Reasonable technical and administrative steps may be used to protect the resource, but no online transfer or storage system is guaranteed secure. Avoid sending sensitive court identifiers through a general web form. Use the verified clerk or court channel for a record request.
Visitors Under Eighteen
The resource is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied personal information may contact the operator through the available channel so the issue can be reviewed.
Choices and Policy Changes
A visitor may limit cookies through browser controls and may choose not to use an external search or payment service. Requests about data held by a court, clerk, county agency, or vendor must be directed to that custodian. Georgia Rule 21 and related Uniform Superior Court Rules govern access limits and protected court identifiers, not this private policy.
This policy may change when the resource, service providers, or applicable law changes. The revised text becomes effective when posted.
